General Terms and Conditions
1. Parties and Definitions
These Terms of Sale are made between Arda Mobilya Mobilya (the “Seller”) and the person placing an order through ardame.com (the “Buyer”).

This website is a demonstration project; the information here is illustrative.
2. Subject
These terms set out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically through the website.
3. Product Information and Price
The main characteristics, material, dimensions and price of each product are shown on its page. As every piece is handmade from reclaimed oak, colour, grain and knots vary from piece to piece; this is the nature of the material, not a defect.
Prices are shown including taxes. The Seller may change prices without notice; changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. Order and Payment
The contract is formed when the Buyer completes payment and the Seller sends the confirmation e-mail.
For made-to-measure pieces, production starts once payment has been received.
5. Delivery
Production takes on average 8–12 weeks from order confirmation. Once the piece is handed to the carrier, a delivery appointment is arranged with the Buyer.
Two people attend the delivery; the piece is carried to the designated place and assembled if needed. Items over 50 kg per person require advance notice.
6. Checking on Delivery
The Buyer must check the goods on delivery. Any visible damage must be written on the delivery note and photographed. Without this immediate notice, no liability arises for visible damage reported later.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by writing to [email protected].
Made-to-measure pieces produced to the Buyer’s specification are excluded by their nature.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Returned goods must be sent in their original packaging with the invoice. Shipments made without the Seller’s prior agreement are not accepted.
For defective goods the Seller replaces the item as soon as possible at its own cost, or refunds it if the item is no longer available.
9. Warranty
The oak structure and steel parts are guaranteed for 2 years from delivery against manufacturing and workmanship defects. Misuse, external causes and normal wear are excluded.
On outdoor pieces the greying of the wood over time is a natural process and is not covered.
10. Personal Data
Personal data is processed solely to fulfil the order and shared with third parties only as far as the order requires. The Buyer may access, correct and request deletion of their data by writing to [email protected].
11. Intellectual Property
All rights in the texts, images and designs on this site belong to Arda Mobilya and may not be used without permission.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable where performance is prevented by extraordinary events beyond its control (natural disaster, fire, general strike, official restrictions).
13. Disputes
Disputes are subject to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the Buyer’s place of residence, according to the applicable monetary thresholds.
14. Acceptance
By completing an order the Buyer confirms having read and accepted these terms.
